Appalled by assistant's attitude

<p>So this afternoon i go to the Caltex in Caversham and then i ask the attendant to pour R100 for me then check the oil as my car was giving me a sign. Friendly gentleman he was. He comes back to tell me that i need 2 pints. He pours then while he was busy i tell him i want so get something from the shop can i pay for everything there as i dont have cash he said its fine. I grab my chocolate then go to the cashier. I greet her then as she was scanning the chocolate i tell her i bought 2 pints of oil please include them then the petrol and she asks if the oil was taken i say yes. Then being the lazy person that she is she asks someone else to go to the speedpoint to do the transaction. I put in my pin, transaction goes through i get my card then i go. Just as I'm about to get in my car the guy who swiped my card comes to me to say she said i did not pay for the oil. I then ask how come because i asked her to include it he says he doesn't know. So i go in again and i ask what happened she says it was not included in the total amount and i say but i told u so whose fault is it and she responds by saying well swipe for the second time then. I then ask will u pay for my bank charges then because everytime i swipe my bank card my bank charges me, in this case i told u so why make it seem like i was *****ing or i did not want to pay, she just looks at me then says well don't pay then and i ask her instead of apologising why are you giving me an attitude for your negligence. She then went on to say well come and hit me if u want coz i dont know what u want it was a mistakr. I told her i wont hit you but i am a customer and i have every right to voice my concerns for poor service. She then says well you customers are rude u think u know it all i wont tolerate that. By then i was fuming. I asked for the owner's number they refused. I have been a loyal customer for years in that station as i stay close by but i have never received such stinking attitude as all the assistants are friendly and i will not rest until she calls to apologise. There were 2 ladies there, one with braids and the other with just natural hair, it was the one wih natural hair. I am disgusted really.</p>
