Accused of switching iPhone charger cables and being disrespected infront of customers and stuff .

I had the most embarrassing moment at Caltex Mariasburg (oilgro)yesterday, so I bought an iPhone charger at around 1 am last week and I tested if it was charging in my car . Then it worked , when I got home it wasn’t compatible with my charging head , so I took it back and explained the story to one of the managers , she took long to give me a solution so I left the charger with them and said I’ll come back , then on Thursday I received a call saying the supplier says that’s not the cable he provides for Caltex, I was surprised by this so I went to caltex , as soon as I walked in and asked for a manager Emmaculate came out looking angry and she said ‘this is not our charger , you came and complained the last time , we are tired of you This was said in front of all staff and customers aimed at embarrassing me and insinuating that I am trying to get something from them again . Then she dismissed me , I was surprised by this because I stay 2 minutes away from the garage I buy everyday and I am bound to experience challenges , the first complaint was not even relevant and I don’t understand why she wasn’t professional and respect confidentiality. Then I asked her . She proceeded to slam doors and cause drama . She then called security to escort me out , instead of checking cameras and trying to investigate ate where this could have happened. Then I called all the managers , and the CEO just said I’ll call in and check , after a few minutes Emmaculate came out saying my CEO don’t call anymore his in a meeting . And everyone else just avoided my messages and calls . The only person who tried to assist was the manager for safety but couldn’t do much .

I am disappointed at the fact that I am being accused of going home and switching cables , no investigation is being done on their side , as this could have Been done by their stuff or the supplier , they victimised me because I am a black young lady . Their unwillingness to check the cameras to see what was initially given to me .

I need this situation sorted out urgently ,since no one is responding to me or taking their time to investigate. I am a teacher down the road and my reputation matters, I refuse to be accused by people with baseless assumptions.

Please be careful, I am made out to be doing ******** activity by a place that I support almost everyday . I am angry and disappointed
