Abies Caltex garage,mokopane Limpopo Dude Mariah's drive bad service

I am staying next to Abies caltex garage in mokopane,Dudu Madisha drive, Limpopo.i use the garage for all my cars. Every morning my cars use this garage for petrol. On Saturday 2019-06-08 at around 10h41 I went to the garage for petrol. The petrol attendants there didn't want to help me because I complained about their service last month. I parked my car at pump 1,at pump 2 there was an attendant who just finished helping another car. He didn't bother to come and help me, he just left. I left my car at pump 1 and went inside the shop to find out if any of the seniors are working, the cashier told me that they don't work on Saturday and Sunday. On my way to the pump I saw the manager car coming towards customer parking. I went to the manager and explained the situation to him. He didn't say anything, he just helped me refilling petrol into my car. On Monday morning round about 8 I went to the garage again,to complain. The lady that helped me is the manager's wife. He wrote everything down and promised to call me back. I didn't receive any phone call from the garage until I went to them today on Wednesday 2019-06-12 at 8:00 .i wanted feedback on my complain. The manager's wife told me that everything is in the manager 's hands. The way she was responding is as if nothing is or will be done. Please help me because the garage I complain about is just near my house.
