Poor Service

Last year someone from this company was in touch with me regarding a customer services vacancies that was available. I completed all my assessments and passed everything. Till this date I am still waiting for a start date - I even went to an extent of calling in but the person who picked up the phone was so rude and unpleasant to dela with.
