Overall experience

I worked at Callforce last year as an English tutor, it seems that Callforce was awarded some contract with some Asian company for people to teach English and you need a TEFL certificate to teach english first thing we were made to get **** TEFL certificates and than load them into the system we than work as tutors, there were many complaints from the employees in the company from pay to the rating system that we got paid in it was a disaster I was suspended for no reason at all and told it was because my ratings were bad I came back after a week of non-paid no work, i was only there for two days and all of a sudden I couldn't access the system there was no correspondence from this company I woke up unemployed, they are unprofessional their training is very lacking we were taught how to use their system same day we were teaching, the trainer was a lazy person her name was mandisa if I am not mistaken she would just go through slides without explaining than we leave it was a horrible experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone till today I haven't gotten any correspondence from them and I have another job now it's appalling how they manipulate graduates to working for them and treat them like dirt
