Callforce Working Experience

I worked for their campaign in Cape Town for 1year and 8months, I was dismissed after I had disagreement with a TL because of unpaid 1day sick leave. After a week they selected my bad calls, was suspended and dismissed without a warning or proper coaching on soft skills training as was told. In my experience there CallForce don't value the agents, they treat employees like objects that must just take calls, very toxic working environment I experienced there yoh. They chew and spit you when they feel like, very bad experience
