Wrong orders/terrible customer support

I ordered a pair of boots for their 30% off sale it's been 3 days and still no response. I was sent the incorrect pair of boots and this is the second time Cis has gotten an order wrong of mine. I initially just wanted them swapped out but now I want my money back seeing that their customer service is this putrid. Ive checked their Instagram page and it seems quite a few customers have this issue with Cis getting orders wrong.They closed their physical store in canal walk so now you can't even go into a store here in Cape Town to address it. Please contact me I want my money BACK!!!
