Unfulfilled commitments of refund
Unfulfilled Refund of Lost shoes I was assured that the a proof of payment would be sent today, yet I have still not received it. This follows previous assurances that the refund was being processed and that the POP would be provided last week. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received throughout this matter. What began with the loss of the shoes has now been compounded by repeated delays and unfulfilled commitments regarding the refund and proof of payment. Can you finalise my refund.
