Recently bought a shoe and it's already damaged

Late jan I purchased a pair of shoes at call it spring sandton I wore the shoe imidiatly at the store but never wore it again. I wake up this morning and realize what actually appears to be stiches on the shoe is not stiches at all and now there is an opening on the shoe as the glue appears to be coming off. I am very furious because I paid an amount for those shoes I do not expect such
