Pathetic online customer service

Placed an order and received no correspondence for two weeks. I reached out via email, as they don’t provide a contact number, only to be ignored numerous times. Had to contact Aldo and Busby head office to get a response only to be told that the order was accidentally destroyed which is understandable but the lack of communication is not. You wait days before getting a response to their emails, if you even get a response. Would not recommend online shopping with them.
