Not happy with your services

I went to Call it spring Gateway 2 weeks ago i had wanted a shoe but they did not have the size that i wanted... I asked the sales rep to call in other stores to see if they have i was then told that Galeria has the size i told them i cant go there its too far i then asked them to get the shoe fore i was then told i need to pay for the shoe which was ridiculous so i refused so they called one of their managers who said its ok can come and collect the shoes 3 days later. Ive been going to the shop to pay for the shoes which i was promised 2 weeks ago till this day the shoe is not there..... Call it Spring service sucks and they should seriously treat their customers better
