no refund after 19 days

on the 21st of September I returned shoes to the Sandton Branch on which they did a return to my credit card, it hasnt reflected and on the 2nd of October I went into the store and spoke to William who took down and my details and said he would come back to me. 3 days later after no contact from this person I went into the store again and spoke to someone else who phoned and bank and tried to sort it out. I received a text saying that my money would reflect the next day (friday 6th October). It still has not reflected and when I contacted the person dealing with this yesterday he said he wasnt in the store and that one of the guys would do a follow up in the store. I have not had any contact from anyone in the store since. waiting 18 days still pending for a return!!!!
