Lousy customer service even after spending 2k at your shop

I went into Call it Spring in Cresta mall, and wanted to buy FOUR PAIRS OF SHOES, twp pais of the shoes didnt fit me and your clearwater mall branch had my size but I was told that your rules are that you are not allowed to keep sizes and send it over to another branch on weekends because somebody might go in and buy it, I told the manager in Clearwater that I will even pay for both the shoes then and there so that you can be rest assured that if you keep it aside and send it on Monday its sold as I would have paid for it already, they refused to do this for me, and yet I was buying 4 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM YOU, if you were afraid that I would not buy the shoe after clearwater had sent it over to Cresta I was telling the manager that I would even pay for it then and there, and they refused to assist me, how do you run a business when a customer is guranteeing you that you will sell your item by wanting to pay for it, and then you refuse, this is rather pathetic, you should revisit your rules, and here I was giving you so much of business by buying 4 pairs of shoes from you for R2000.00. Your manager at clear water is useless, told me to call his manager at the head office, and the head office does not even pick up. What a terrible experiance, and even after all this, I still drove to clear water to go and buy from you, you are really lousy
