Lack of Service in Call It spring

Visited the store in Gallery and received very poor service......firstly had to wait for assistant that stepped out the store.....then was told no stock only in Gauteng and that no sale stock could be transferred.....and that I would have to pick up from Gauteng!......I live in Durban!!!!!!!......ladies have no regard for Customers and lack Customer service basic skills.....I would rather shop online and avoid going back into that store
