Horrific online experiences

The most pathetic service i have ever received from Call it Spring South Africa.

I have ordered from them on 4 different occasions and every single timr my order was bot fulfilled as there was no stock yet everytime i go online the item i ordered appears. Alvin from their customer service team sends a soppy email that it is not their level of service they want to provide!

Once I'd understand, but 4 different times.

Seems like a norm for pathetic service
