Exceptional customer service

I liked 2 pairs of Shoes on the Call ItSpting Instagram page and I immediately DM’d them to enquire about availability of the shoes in my size and price. I was assisted by Estelle, who kept me in the loop about availability at stores nearest to me. She went to the extent of offering to arrange the shoe that wasn’t available in JHB to be couriered to me. She made my shopping experience a delightful one. The customer service, communication and willingness to go the extra mile was exceptional. She is a valuable asset to her team and I hope this is recognized.
