Cresta Branch: Useless - Don't Trust

<p>On 21 May 2017, the Sandton branch ordered a pair of boots for me from the Cresta branch and I waited 1 week before I went back to the Sandton branch on 28 May to see if I could get the boots I ordered. Cresta had not delivered, so I went back again on 30 May.</p> <p>Anees and Khotso, of the Sandton branch, kept calling and sending emails to follow up with the Cresta branch to find out where the boots were. Cresta never responded and by the time they answered their phone, they said they did not keep the boots for me as they were asked to and sold them instead.</p> <p>Even though there seemed to be no boots available in my size anymore, Anees (fantastic gentlemen) sorted everything out and made several phone calls to make sure I got the boots I wanted.</p> <p>To sum up the service received from the Cresta branch: beyond useless! And probably the worst service I've received to date.</p> <p>And beyon brilliant service from the Sandton branch!!! Anees and Khotso are wonderful people who turned the a bad situation into a great one!</p> <p> </p>
