Call it Spring, Thee worst customer service

A friend of mine went to Call It Spring at Centurion mall 10 minutes before closing time. The sales consultant,Hlomla Mthakhathi half way closed the store shutters behind us. My friend and I continued shopping until we settled on something we wanted to purchase. As soon as we got to the till Hlomla told us that we had seen him close the shutters, what did we think that meant.

He was offline and was not ready to assist us. There was still a minute till close time...Therefore Please hire ppl that know customer service and correct retail hours because we were still within the time frame.
