Emergency not attended to as promised.

From this morning at 8am i have been calling the call center for authorisation number with no success, the line keeps on hanging up with 1 second message not available, what exactly is going on? I have an emergency now with BONITAS not minding your call or your reason for calling. I am so dissappointed!
