Kindly assist with Ibridge as your BPO, they are exploiting the youth and they do not pay them as per their agreement, people got stuck with transport money as they advised that they would pay... Please note this it might affect the business and Lerato the Payroll agent treats people with no respect

Emergency not attended to as promised.
From this morning at 8am i have been calling the call center for authorisation number with no success, the line keeps on hanging up with 1 second message not available, what exactly is going on? I have an emergency now with BONITAS not minding your call or your reason for calling. I am so dissappointed!

Disclosure Of POPIA
A call agent from zone fitness somehow got hole of my friend's number , called her an then gave out my details an information without my constant , I gave them all my contact details which they could get hold of me but instead they contacted someone else without my permission , the call agent didn't give her name to me when I asked , I tried calling back but wasn't assisted ...I'm so angry becoz this is a violation of my privacy an POPIA!!!! I emailed them an they never responded , they so quick to call me an email me but now they can't evens read my emails .
