Pathetic service & Dishonesty!!!

Pathetic service. I was overcharged by their waiter. I was promised a refund within 24 hours which never happened. I was than asked to come in to collect my money. Who was going to pay my fuel bill as I do not reside in the area. The first manager who "assisted", resigned. After two weeks the second manager (Vincent) promised to do an EFT immediately if I sent him my banking details. I sent my banking information immediately but he failed to deliver on his promise. I called back after 24 hours and his story changed.

Pathetic service and now again I am asked to drive to them to collect My Money owed to me. I want my money Vincent!!!!

I am not just a nobody that you can take chances with!
