Such an *********** developer. They always cut corners and buy cheap materials. Acacia Grove is not even 5 years old but we have been experiencing issues that should have come at least after 5 years. Right now since July, we have not been having Gas and as usual, Calgro doesn't wanna take responsibility. It has been 3 months of blame game with Calgro, COJ EMS and other stakeholders.

Their main goal now is to finish that Lifestyle Estate project while negotiating what their other projects are complaining about.
