Water meter was never installed
I moved in my house in 2013, the house had running water but no water meter, I reported the issue to their site office, I was told that they are aware of that and busy fixing it. After few follow up I was told that it is no longer their problem they have moved on.
I am so disappointed, as COJ is now threatening to cut the water and I don't know what to do.

Our records show that you took occupation in 2013 and we have record of any of your follow ups that you refer to. If there was no water meter at the time of the transfer, then we would not have received an Occupation Certificate from the Building Inspector. Calgro M3 therefore declines to acknowledge that it is liable for your water usage of 10 years, by your tenants. If there was a problem with the water meter at any time, it should have been raised with us at that time for remedial action with escalations within two weeks, and not to then wait for 10 years when you wish to sell your property and publish on a social media platform.
