Water Meter not suspensing water for 2/3 weeks

Im one of the individuals that bought property through Calgro and i am very dissapointed with the service that i have recieved as i have had no running water for close to 3 weeks and i have laid a complaint with the head office and the contractors but unfortunately no one has dealt with the issue till today
