Take back your Apartment

This took me way too long to bring it here but i am just fed up and really wish if i NEVER trusted Calgro M3 with my 1st time owning a house experience😭😭💔💔i just really hope Willem Jacobus Lategan the CEO is very much aware of what’s going on down here. The infrastructure of the so called New Development is so poor, i don’t know how many times i have reported my walls are peeling and they just come do bare minimum job in my apartment so that a month later it starts again. Now the walls have been peeling off AGAIN and all they do is promise promise without prioritising actually coming to fix with a permanent solution. We stay here for 2 months without water while it’s business as usual for them, they are busy building new poor developments. We take the water struggle to the streets and their new construction suddenly stops having water supply. conclusion: our current developments will sit with massive water bills for their construction that they are not accounting for. We also sitting with a massive COJ bill as a complex and Calgro does not give a **** about it. So much i could add but this company is filled with greedy bosses, it hurts to the low class like me who bought one of their apartments to have a peace of mind and a place i can call home but to have stress day in day out as if i’m renting and breathing mould in my supposedly “new development”. their plumbers had also done a ****ty job unfortunately after submitting the snug list or whatever its called they didn’t fix ****.. called a personal plumber and found my bath tub water stopper had rusted in barely a year of occupation😭😭💔💔if they can take back their apartment they must, i am so tired of this back and forth with Calgro M3. if you are looking to buy here, be sure you will bare the pain of spending money for fixing an apartment as though it isn’t brand new😭💔🙌🏽 this 1 star rating is a lot, a minus 700 stars would do.
