STAY AWAY FROM HOUSES OR APARTMENTS DEVELOPED BY CALGRO M3 - WORST DEVELOPER IN SA

I bought a house in South Hills from Calgro M3. The is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I would advise anyone who cares to listen NOT to buy any house or apartment developed by Calgro M3. They use unqualified and unskilled labour to build houses with cheap materials. They are skimping on everything. You can not put quality workmanship and Calgro M3 in the same sentence.

I have submitted my defect list since I moved in November 2020 and nothing has been done up to date. Michael Baxter and Johan Nel managing this development have been useless and they are bullies who don't take customers seriously. I have sent several emails to their head office but they also not responsive and don't care. As a first time home buyer I should be enjoying my home but it is not the case. They are horrible they don't even deserve 1 star.
