STAY AWAY FROM BUYING PROPRTY FROM THESE DEVELOPERS
ABSOLUTE nonsense of a company. Everything advertised is not there. Moved in May, paying a RIDICULOUS bond amount that I initially never agreed to. There is no Electricity , no fibre , DSTV installed about a month ago after months and months of follow up by other Residents.

Calgro M3 are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the challenges you've faced since moving into your new property. I understand how frustrating this must be for you."
It's completely understandable that you're upset about the issues you've encountered, such as the provision of alternative electricity, delayed installation of essential services like fiber and DSTV, and unexpected changes in your bond amount. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understand your disappointment."
However, we can confirm that the communal DSTV is installed and completed. Fiber also now installed and went live last week Friday after a new contractor had to be appointed to complete the work of the previous supplier who failed to deliver.
Unfortunately, we do not control the interest rates and we are unable to assist you with your bond repayment, we can however advise that you can contact your bank and ask them if they have financial relief solutions to assist you.
Regarding your no electricity comments, we have provided this development free of charge with a generator at Calgro's full expense and we have not charged any of the residence for the compensation on the upkeep or Diesel for the generator.
We again apologies for any inconvenience caused but the Eskom connection is not in our control, and we are doing all we can to escalate the issue, until then we will continue to supply this development with FREE electricity and no loadshedding. We apologies for this weekend's short interruption as this is a rare occurrence, i believe all have been restored now and you can further enjoy FREE electricity without any loadshedding.
