Do Not! I SAY AGAIN, Do NOT! Buy any property developed or endorsed by Calgro M3, recently bought and have been met with one disappointment after the other. What was suppose to be a newly built flat looks like a run down flat, a indication of their poor workmanship and they have little to no regard for their clients. They have really ruined a milestone of being a first time home owner for a lot of young people, and I hope that no one else falls into the trap of buying a property developed by them. Do not let the sales agents fool you by telling you that it's an investment, they just out to make commission and Calgro M3 is just out to **** and manipulate first time home buyers.
