SINK HOLES- Don’t make the mistake of investing with Calgro M3
I will not advise anyone to invest with Calgro M3, your lives could be in jeopardy and they would still not bat an eyelid. Witpoortjie Estate has had a sink hole for over a year now, residents use gravel to exit the estate. No response from Calgro regarding this. Future tremors may cause sinkage of houses, very bad experience with calgro and the saddest part is that they simply don’t care. Once you’ve bought with them, you are literally on your own

Herewrith our feedback on the matter at hand.
The roads at Witpoortjie had been handed over JRA (Joburg Road Agency) and matter remains with them. Calgro has assisted JRA by providing professional analysis and remedial designs and we now await their budget approval. An alternate entrance option is also being considered and we await confirmation. The updates and communications are being done to the local ward Councilor and the CLO (Community Liaison Officer).
