Run away you will never get value for your money

On the 28 Feb 2020 I moved in on my unit..........Block D Belhar views. I have bathed with cold water since then and I have raised this issue so many times to a point that I have lost hope.

My electricity meter box has never worked I can’t buy and load electricity.

The outside lights in block D have never worked it is so scary to walk outside at night because it’s so dark.

My toilet water tank is not mounted to the wall it moves when you touch it.

I really regret buying this unit and I would never recommend Calgro M3 to anyone. The service that you have given me is so poor, actually you have shown me that you never cared about me you just wanted to make money out of me.

Block D is like a small neglected township without service delivery, can you tell me honestly what is so difficult about switching the outside lights on?

I have spent so much money calling these guys and they have done absolutely nothing.
