Purchasing a home should be 1 of the happiest moments yet we find ourselves a year later with nothing but despair at the hands of Calgro. For them its about signing on the dotted line deposit d cash and 1s it reflects on their end as a client you are left with the mess of the semi contractors they hired in the name of cutting costs because the job done is below standard. Calgro's protocol was "submit a snag form" on the 1st 3 months that you have moved incase the is anything thats needed to be fixed, oh yes we did that but a year later we are still waiting 4 themto fix this mess whilst they are happy with money in the bank. Numerous email follow-ups not even an acknowledgment to our emails because they have now moved to go build the same ******* houses for hard working individuals who will experience the same thing as us. Wow Calgro hopefully one day you grow professional enough to know how to deal with clients. Hopefully 1day you acknowledge my emails and take it upon yourselves to fix this mess that im still sitting with for a house over 800k you sure buillt me a ******* house!!!
