RARE DIAMOND IN THE FIELD

I would just like to advise you about an employee Phindi that works with you or under the brand of Calgro.

Phindi is seriously a rare find especially in the environment that you guys are in.

I must compliment Phindi for her exceptional service and most importantly always willing to help and go the extra mile.

I should have sent this mail at the beginning of this entire process because thats how much gravity she holds , the amount of patience Phindi had in assisting myself and wife.

I would honestly state that if any team leader post or higher position comes out Phindi would be a good fit simply because she understands the values of her job role and what it means to put your customer first.

I dont know how she is able to prioritise her day but to make time for an ordinary customer as myself means a whole lot more than a rich business man who holds a black card status.

I am happy to say Phindi treats her customers equal just from the little she does.
