Poor service received from calgro m3 for the house in Witpoortjie ext 52 (4196)

<p>In 2014 I app**** for a house at Witpoortjie ext 52 that was approved by the bank. I then signed a contract(for the house) with Calgro M3 lawyers in July of 2014 . We agreed on a R200 000 deposit. They promised to start building the house three months later (Oct-2014). They kept postponing every three months after that. I was then notified that the delay was because I hadn't paid the deposit, which I paid in January 2016. Building was set to start immediately after that (according to the agent). I have been waiting for the house to be built and completed to date since 2014. I always call to receive updates on the progress and now they don’t even reply my calls or emails. There is hardly ever communication initiated from their side (Calgro or the agent) to update me on anything. Now I don’t even know exactly when are they going finish the house, cause its been 3 years and think all they wanted was to use my money to make profit for themselves. And currently I am renting and im also paying bond for the house that I don’t have. I am not even sure, I will enjoy my house when they decide to finish building it and I will not advise anyone to purchase with calgro m3.</p>
