Poor service

I am soo frustraited with this company. When you buy a house via them they make it seem like they are the ones who will be paying the bond for you. There is a rude lady there by the name of Carthy... That woman even ignores calls and when you call the bank you will hear statements that she did not forward the necessary documents which is why they cant release funds.
