PLEASE FINISH MY HOUSE

My house is not finished and yet I am getting a bill from COJ to pay rates and taxes. No 1 is willing to assist you speak to 1 person they say its another. apparently the company is waiting for the electrical certificate of which no 1 is attending to. Every week I am told we left with few weeks and every month I am told I'll move in the following month. I just need the house to be finished, all documents to be attended to so my bank could make the final payout. It is 7 month now and I am still not getting any joy. Just to think that I have been the 1 trying to push every department involved to finish the house from the time it was a vacant stand to now, i think now is the time I get other people involved to assist me. Its almost Dec and the company will be closing next month and that gets me worried.
