Please DO NOT BUY anything that has CalgroM3 in it. These are the reason: 1. Power workmenship Quality. 2. Inheriting municipality bills incurred while building (at least R20,000.00). 3. Lies on the delivery date. 4. No water for months due to incorrect connection to the City Water network connections. 5. No electricity for weeks due to bypass connections in attampt to cut costs and deliver substand housing. 6. Leaking roofs. 7. Cracking floors resulting in top units caving inside the below units. These are some of the problems. Come on site and ask the people on the group. It's all lies. None of the things they promised will happen.
