pathetic service

I purchased a flat @fleurhof in 2016 ,I was told they should be done with construction 2018 September ,there was no communication through out the process until I got a call from JOHANA who advised me I got subsidy for the government I need to sign paperwork for the subsidy which I did, after few months not getting response regarding occupying the flat I followed up with Johanna she said they sent newsletters to say there's a delay due to Eskom substation hence I cant move in ,after 2 months they called me to say the project has been cancelled due to the fact that Eskom substation will take long to get it approved, i was expecting them to cancel the subsidy as well since they did the application, only now when I apply for another bond elsewhere im being told im a beneficiary on the housing subsidy I cant qualify because I got it via Calgro they never cancelled the application , I sent email to JOHANNA ,TSHEGOFATSO they said I need to send affidavit to confirm im cancelling the subsidy this is after 4 months they cancelled the project, I did sent affidavit until today my subsidy is not cancelled I cant move on to get another place since im waiting for proof of cancellation for the subsidy, no one is seem to be helping me even the project manager WENDY CARTER she's not replying to my emails, they so un professional and not helpful, I don't see why I have to tell them to cancel the subsidy ,this was supposed to be cancelled when they cancelled the project.
