PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE

<p>In July this year I experienced problems with the kitchen scourers so I contacted client services and spoke to Alice who is the manager. She said that they are experiencing problems with the adhesive and so she understood the problem. She then said that she would send a replacement for all the scourers that I had. I received it the next day and gave back the ones I had. She said that I should try them out and see if I experience the same problem. She also said that she would call back in 2 weeks to see if I experienced any problems but did not call. I called her in August and told her that in 17 days the scourer part was already peeling off from the sponge. She then said that she will have to address the problem with the factory. A few days later she called back saying that she will be sending me a parcel as a gesture of goodwill. Five weeks later I still did not receive anything. I called her back and when I told her that I did not receive anything as yet she rep**** saying that she thought I called her to say that I received the parcel. I found that strange as it does not take 5 weeks by courier to deliver a parcel. Also if it was delivered to me there would be a tracking record which she would have seen. She then started getting rather loud and asked if I still wanted the parcel. I said no I want to speak to a manager.</p> <p>She said that she will get Mr Cassim to call me and now a month later still no call from Mr Cassim nor her. It looks like they really don’t care about customer satisfaction. We are now in December and to date the issue still has not been resolved. Does it really take that long to resolve a simple issue like this. There were times when I left messages with her secretary Margret and she never called back, I always had to call her. I must say the service is pathetic. I did notify her secretary that I will report this issue but it did not bother her. For a huge company like this, it is sad.</p>
