Pathetic after sales service!

My family and I have bought a couple of units from Calgro and 4years on one of the units is falling apart and nobody at Calgro wants to take responsibility and assist. I have wasted my time sending emails and calling into their call centre and still find no joy! To say that I am ****ed is an understatement. I will no longer be supporting Calgro and will encourage my family and friends to do the same. Your service is pathetic and your staff extremely unhelpful! I will be taking my complaint to the NHBRC and will take legal action if needs be.
