Thought buying my first apartment was gonna be an achievement,but because I unfortunately bought from calgro,I am stuck with a place that always has electricity crisis,the plumbing job done was poor and cherry on top of you bump into the wall while passing by,it gets dented. Not sure if they used cheap materials.
