Not Honouring their Promise

I am disappointed with this developer. I bought a property from a plan which was later changed twice, however I proceeded. I did the inspection and the unit was not ready, I noticed the security gate hits the boundry wall which makes me question the sqm along with other snags. Two months later I receive a call from CalgroM3 asking me what's bothering me if the gate hits the boundry wall. I think that's poor customer service, I would expect CalgroM3 to deliver what they promised and not expect clients to accept whatever defects.

I have been patient with the organisation given that I signed the OTP in 2021 and today still I haven't received the keys. Very disappointed
