No communication after sale

Horrible service,have been waiting to move in the house for almost 2 years. The sales people are very quick to get you finance for the house and life cover but the house we haven't seen. We were just taken to a construction site and were told that we will move in soon. This process started in 2017 and 2018 is almost over no communication from them after they get the sale ,their contacts just ring no answers. Terrible terrible service it's like they doing us a favour seriously
