New house built

<p>I bought the new house in Fleuhorf Ext 23 (West of Johannesburg) which is being developed by Calgro M3 developers. The land size was supposed to be 412 square metres (16.5width*25length) and the house 80 square metres. They never communicated to me about the timelines of the project, I went to check the site in December 2016 and found that they started building without letting me know. They started by putting the wrong roofing and had to undo it and do the right roofing, you can image the cracks that will appear. Now the problems is, I found that they squeezed more houses and now my land is 313.5 (16.5width*19length) square metres instead of 412 square metres and the house they build is 70 square metres (Which cost 783 000.00) instead of 80 square metres (845 000.00). They are such a ***** at high level, these peolpe don't deserve to own the company, they rob people and think they will get away with this? They must think twice as they already have a bad reputation. I would never advice anyone to buy from them, poor communaction and incompitent people, they don't even care about their customers, they only care about money.</p>
