Never Never Sign a contract with Calgro M3

Never, never and never again and sign a contract with Calgro M3. They took my deposit money and claim all rediculous charges which were not stated in the contract. I have cancelled the contract because I was not happy with the plan. Now they are charging me R75,000.00 for the damages of the house I never seen.
