MAJOR structural defect on Calgro M3 property unresolved for 6 years

It’s 6 years going. One issue, every single year same excuse, and yet NO permanent solution.

Calgro got their money from the bank and they couldn’t care less about fixing something that is a serious safety and health hazard. A cracked roof at Watersedge Fleurhof causes water to come into my unit (Unit 15) and has damaged my entire property. The issue is CLEAR poor workmanship from the developer Calgro who has done nothing after numerous complaints from myself for the past 6 years. All their solutions are temporary and they cannot resolve it permanently it seems. ***********, ************ and couldn’t care less.

I’ve sent numerous emails even to their big bosses and they will just ignore you. They’ve made their millions anyway.
