Maintenance Issue

Several emails have been sent in reference to roof repair. The damage on the ceiling was little but now it became huge. Hannes from the maintenance team told me our 1 year warranty has passed and hence we need to cover the repair costs from our own pocket and which i asked, how are we suppose to notice that the roof is licking if during that time there is no rain? A team was then assigned to go do repairs but due to typing error from their side, maintenance team was sent to an incorrect unit. i have been sending several emails and to date i have not received any response. Calgro is a reputable company but i am very disappointed with regards to their response. I am not enjoying my complex which i am paying bond every month and this also affects my tenants living conditions as they fear the roof collapsing while they sleeping with their toddler.
