***********!!! LACK OF FEEDBAC****

I signed with Calgro in April 2018 and *********** is a gross understatement. I do not get updates at all. Everytime I complain someone apologizes and promises me the world and then disappear for months until I complain again. I realty with Nhlakanipho at first then Muzi then Kathy and none of them have been proactive enough to pick up the phone and give me an update or email me, I have emailed them but the addresses are no longer valid. I sometimes doubt of this is even a legit company. I have never dealt with a company that lacks customer service such as this one. It's appalling to say the least. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this company to anyone and at my age I have a lot of peers looking to buy homes and I have told them to not even try Calgro, ever.
