Human Waste in brand new flat

I am utterly disgusted and beyond disappointed with the bad service received by Calgro M3 the past week. Me and my boyfriend bought a flat and not even a full month in yet, there was human waste filling the bath tub and the toilet due to a problem with the main pipe. As if that is not awful and disgusting enough, the woman who we reported the issue to (PAMELA),seemed reluctant to see the importance and how hazardous the situation is and did not even push to have this problem sorted. She made excuses about the workers and kept saying she can't promise anything and she doesn' t know .Who does that? Calgro M3 has a huge client base and this treatment is unacceptable! they should know better. The issue was resolved but now they are refusing to clean up \THEIR STINKY MESS\"! or atleast not until the 29th ,this is horrible service and mind you there is a child involved who has to inhale these fumes and it such a threat to our health. So in other words we have to either sit with the ugly smell and dirt or clean the stinking mess that CALGRO M3 created! their workers are amateurs and right now I would not encourage anyone to use their services!!! THEY REALLY NEED TO BE CHECKED SIS!"
