Horrible and dishonest service. DO NOT PURCHASE HOME FROM CALGRO

Calgro M3 House Developer is such a bad company and they are very ************. I signed for a house in South Hills in January 2018 and it took 2 years to complete it. Now I received a statement from CoJ stating the I owe more than R8 000 in rates and basic services, I haven't even started living there. Calgro M3 did not inform me that I have to pay for municipal fees even when the house is not complete. I spoke to them and they still do not want to sort out the issue. Horrible developer, do not purchase a home from these people you will be frustrated.
