Home owners worst nightmare

As a first time home buyer I do not recommend this developer,I have endless problems with my unit ,the problems that were raised during the snag period were temporarily resolved but persistant ,from the kitchen sink leaking to dampness and moulding on the walls and ceiling every thing is falling apart,even outside the units the Floors are changing colour not to mention how you advertised levies as R650 and how we are expected to pay R1400 every month for R420000 apartment in south hills because calgro did not register the property properly with COJ and home owners are left with a growing municipality bill. If the developer is satisfied with the workmanship they should try buying back some of their units and leasing them out to see how many tenants they can retain. I can’t believe this a company listed on the JSE you should be ashamed of the work you doing in south hills it’s appalling.Calgro takes advantage of first time home owners.
